France’s Logical Pictures Strengthens International Sales Team with New Leadership from Ex-Hanway Executive Andrei Kamarowsky
French film finance, production, and distribution company Logical Pictures Group has restructured its international film sales operations. The Paris and Lyon-based company has introduced Logical Pictures International (LPI), which replaces its previous sales label, Pulsar Content.
The new division officially launched at the Unifrance Rendez-vous in Paris earlier this month. Logical Pictures Group stated that LPI will take over Pulsar’s activities with a refreshed strategy, focusing primarily on English-language projects with significant international appeal.
Andrei Kamarowsky has been appointed Head of International for the new division, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role at London-based Hanway Films. There, he handled international sales for titles such as Alice Winocour’s drama Couture, featuring Angelina Jolie, and Good Boy by Jan Komasa, starring Stephen Graham and Andrea Riseborough.
Kamarowsky has a strong track record in launching sales operations, having previously developed and led international sales at Orange Studio. His portfolio includes overseeing sales for Serial Bad Weddings 2 and Olivier Assayas’ Wasp Network, which starred Ana de Armas and Wagner Moura. His career also includes a senior vice president position at EuropaCorp, where he managed international sales for several high-profile films, including the Taken franchise and the sci-fi epic Valérian and the City of a Thousand Planets.
“The traditional model of international sales has been disrupted in recent years. With Logical Pictures International, we are affirming our desire to build a more integrated, clearer, and more ambitious international strategy,” said Frédéric Fiore, President of Logical Pictures Group. He emphasized that the mission of the new sales division is to create a more synergistic approach with the group’s other subsidiaries, including The Jokers Films, known for distributing Parasite, Dangerous Animals, and Neon Demon in France.
LPI is expected to unveil its new lineup at the Berlin EFM in February 2026 while continuing to manage the existing catalog under the Pulsar Content label. Kamarowsky noted, “Our ambition is to open a new chapter for the Group’s international sales ambitions while consolidating the legacy of Pulsar Content.”
Founded in 2016 by Fiore and COO Yannick Bossenmeyer, Logical Pictures initially focused on film finance and digital innovation in blockchain and rights management. A decade later, the company boasts a portfolio of more than 300 titles and has an additional 80 projects in development, covering finance, production, and distribution.
