Foster the People Announce 2026 “Good Mourning Sunshine” Tour
Foster the People has unveiled their 2026 “Good Mourning Sunshine” tour, set to take place across North America this fall. The tour marks the band’s return to the stage following a single festival appearance at Calgary’s Roundup MusicFest on July 9.
The tour will commence on September 9 in Phoenix, Arizona. Fans can expect performances in major cities such as Vancouver, Seattle, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Toronto, Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Nashville, and Houston, culminating at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles on October 23.
During the tour, Foster the People will perform at notable venues, including Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, New York’s Forest Hills Stadium, and Austin’s Moody Amphitheater. Supporting acts will include Goth Babe for most of the tour, with The Beaches slated to join them at Red Rocks on September 22.
Tickets for the tour will go on sale starting with an artist pre-sale on Tuesday, May 5, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Fans are encouraged to sign up for pre-sale access through Foster the People’s official website. A Live Nation pre-sale will follow on Wednesday, May 6, at the same time. Additional pre-sale opportunities will be available through Citi and Spotify. General ticket sales will open on Friday, May 8, also at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
Foster the People’s most recent album, Paradise State of Mind, released in 2024, marked their first new LP in seven years. Earlier this month, the band made headlines with their return to Coachella after a 12-year absence.
