Disney Unveils ‘Infinity Vision’ for Enhanced Moviegoing Experience

Disney launched its new premium large format certification, Infinity Vision, at CinemaCon on Thursday, heralding a new era for theatrical releases. This initiative represents a collaboration with global theatrical partners to establish rigorous technical standards aimed at maximizing the moviegoing experience.

Infinity Vision theaters boast the largest screens available, ensuring a grand visual scale. They are also equipped with advanced laser projection technology that enhances brightness and clarity, alongside fully immersive premium audio systems designed to deepen audience engagement.

Currently, there are 75 Infinity Vision-certified theaters across the United States and an additional 300 located internationally.

As part of this initiative, audiences can look forward to experiencing Infinity Vision during the September re-release of Avengers: Endgame, followed by the premiere of Avengers: Doomsday on December 18.
