Darius Rucker Shares Exciting Plans for His Summer 2026 US Tour
Darius Rucker has officially announced a summer 2026 tour across the United States, aptly titled the “Songs of Summer Tour.” The tour is set to begin on June 4 in Toledo, Ohio, and will span several cities, including Bethel, Atlantic City, Gilford, Greensboro, Grand Rapids, Cincinnati, Washington D.C., Boston, Phoenix, Albuquerque, and Kansas City, before concluding in Indianapolis on August 1.
Several notable acts will join Rucker as opening performers, such as Old Crow Medicine Show, Robert Randolph, Evan Honer, and Lauren Alaina.
Tickets for the “Songs of Summer Tour” will be available to the general public starting Friday, February 27, at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster, with additional dates rolling out throughout March. Fans can also explore VIP package options, which include premium seating and exclusive pre-show meet-and-greets with Rucker.
In a statement, Rucker expressed his enthusiasm for the tour, stating, “For me, it’s not summer if we’re not playing music outdoors. When I think of the concerts I love attending, it’s the people, the hits, and the hot summer air… there’s nothing that compares, so ‘Songs of Summer’ in a lot of ways is my nod to being in that moment together.”
In addition to his solo tour, Rucker will also be performing with his band, Hootie & the Blowfish, at festivals such as Stagecoach and Bourbon & Beyond later this year.
