Chris Van Dusen Signs New Overall Deal with Netflix
Netflix has opted not to comment on recent developments regarding executive producer Chris Van Dusen.

Van Dusen previously held an overall deal with Netflix while serving as showrunner for the first two seasons of the acclaimed series Bridgerton. The first season of this popular Regency-era romance currently ranks seventh on Netflix’s list of most-watched English series. It also earned Van Dusen nominations for an Outstanding Drama Series Emmy and a PGA award. He continues to serve as an executive producer on the show.
In addition to his work on Bridgerton, Van Dusen produces through his company, CVD Productions. He is currently adapting Elle Kennedy’s book Girl Abroad for television, collaborating with A24 and Pacesetter Productions. His portfolio also includes notable series such as Scandal and Grey’s Anatomy. He is represented by WME, Literate, and The Nord Group.
