CBS Confirms Renewals for NCIS, NCIS: Origins, and NCIS: Sydney
The NCIS franchise continues to thrive, with CBS announcing renewed seasons for its popular series.
The flagship show, NCIS, has been officially renewed for Season 24. Additionally, NCIS: Origins will return for Season 3, and NCIS: Sydney, initially commissioned by Paramount+ Australia, is set for Season 4.
This announcement is part of a significant renewal day for the Paramount network, which will also bring back Tracker, Elsbeth, Matlock, and Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, alongside reality hits like Survivor and The Amazing Race.

NCIS showcases the efforts of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, featuring an ensemble cast that includes Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Katrina Law, Brian Dietzen, Diona Reasonover, Rocky Carroll, and Gary Cole.
Created by Donald P. Bellisario, NCIS is produced by Bellisarius Productions in collaboration with CBS Studios. The series has a talented team of executive producers including Steven D. Binder, Chas. Floyd Johnson, Mark Horowitz, Mark Harmon, Scott Williams, David North, and Bellisario himself.
NCIS: Origins focuses on a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs, portrayed by Austin Stowell, set in the early 1990s, long before the events of NCIS. The series is narrated by Mark Harmon.
The cast also includes Kyle Schmid, Mariel Molino, Tyla Abercrumbie, Diany Rodriguez, and Caleb Foote. The production team for NCIS: Origins consists of CBS Studios, with executive producers David J. North, Gina Lucita Monreal, Mark Harmon, and Sean Harmon.
NCIS: Sydney is the fifth installment in the franchise, featuring a collaboration between U.S. NCIS agents and the Australian Federal Police to tackle naval crimes in one of the world’s most contested maritime areas.
The series stars Olivia Swann, Todd Lasance, Sean Sagar, Tuuli Narkle, Mavournee Hazel, and William McInnes, and is produced by Endemol Shine Australia.
