In a stunning display of talent and poise, Catalina Duque from Colombia was crowned Miss International 2025 on November 27, 2025. The competition took place at Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo, Japan, where Duque triumphed over 80 contestants from around the globe.
The Miss International pageant, founded in 1960 in Long Beach, California, showcases beauty along with social awareness and cultural exchange. This year’s event featured a variety of competitions, including swimsuit and evening gown segments, followed by public speaking initiatives from the top 10 finalists focused on sustainable development goals.
Andrea Rubio, Venezuela’s previous Miss International winner, served as a host for this year’s event, alongside Momi Okada, Miss International Japan 2019, and Max Powers.

Last year’s winner, Huỳnh Thị Thanh Thủy from Vietnam, became the country’s first representative to take the crown during the 2024 pageant. This continuity of success is reflective of the pageant’s emphasis on empowering women from various backgrounds.
