BTS Makes Their Exciting Late-Night Comeback with Two Episodes of The Tonight Show
K-pop sensation BTS—comprised of RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook—will make their first U.S. late-night television appearance next week since completing their mandatory military service. The Grammy-nominated group is set to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for two consecutive nights, March 25 and March 26.
During their time on the show, BTS will engage in an in-studio interview and perform two songs. The interview and first performance will be featured on the March 25 episode, while the second performance is scheduled for March 26.
This highly anticipated visit follows the release of their fifth studio album, Arirang, on March 20, along with the global live performance event BTS: The Comeback Live/Arirang, set to stream on Netflix on March 21. A feature documentary titled BTS: The Return will premiere on Netflix on March 27.
BTS last graced The Tonight Show during their takeover in July 2021, which garnered nearly 120 million views and showcased performances of “Butter” and “Permission to Dance.” Although individual members—Jimin, SUGA, Jung Kook, Jin, and j-hope—have made solo appearances since then, next week’s episodes will mark the group’s return to the show as a complete ensemble.
The March 25 episode will also feature actress Ariana DeBose, while actors Chris Pratt and Charlie Day are scheduled to appear on March 26.
The Tonight Show airs at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on NBC and will be available for streaming the following day on Peacock.
