Ashley Iaconetti from Bachelor Nation Talks About Her Cosmetic Procedures: Botox, Lip Fillers, and More
Bachelor Nation’s Ashley Iaconetti is opening up about her experiences with cosmetic procedures. In a recent episode of the “Almost Famous” podcast, she expressed her enthusiasm for masseter Botox, stating, “I love my masseter botox so much. It really creates a totally different face for me.”
During the December 1 episode, Iaconetti, 37, explained that the injection of Botox into the masseter muscle transforms her appearance, making her face look “so much more feminine” and “narrow.” She elaborated, “It’ll narrow your jaw because without it, of course I like my face without it too, but it’s a lot boxier. It goes from like a square to a little bit more hearty.”
As the conversation shifted towards the increasing transparency among celebrities regarding body modifications, Iaconetti detailed her cosmetic routine. “I do botox in my forehead, [but I] only need to do it like twice a year,” she noted, joking, “I don’t know my forehead is really trained to not move so much, I guess. Because, before botox, holy crap!”
Looking ahead, Iaconetti is set to appear on the inaugural season of “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” in 2026. She identified masseter Botox as an essential component of her beauty regimen.
“I have my lips filled,” she revealed, adding that the procedure occurs “once every other year” or year and a half. Additionally, she mentioned having filler in her under eyes, though she noted, “I do have filler in my temples, which I need to actually get evened out. They’re a little awkward right now, they’re a little off,” she laughed.
Reflecting on her cosmetic choices, Iaconetti expressed satisfaction with her current beauty routine. “I go back and forth on what I do again and what I don’t do again,” she remarked. However, she emphasized the importance of chin filler, dubbing it her “big filler.” She stated, “If I really could only do two things, it would always be the forehead tox and the chin filler, and then No. 3 would probably be the jaw tox.”
Previously, Iaconetti shared her fondness for Botox on her Instagram Story. “Well, forever and always [my] #1 [is] forehead tox,” she mentioned, humorously comparing Botox to a brand name comparable to Kleenex.
In her pursuit of youthful skin, Iaconetti recently underwent NeoGen PSR (Plasma Skin Regeneration), a non-invasive treatment aimed at improving skin texture and promoting collagen production. “I just did NeoGenPSR last month at @aiyanaatelier. It’s supposed to take six months to see full results, but basically, it’s the ultimate collagen booster,” she indicated, adding, “I feel like, despite [my son] Hayden getting me up three times per night, I’m still looking fresh and youthful lately.”
Iaconetti shares her two sons, Dawson and Hayden, with her husband Jared Haibon, whom she married in 2019 after meeting on season 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
