Alt-Rocker Sombr Launches Arena Tour with Exciting SoCal Dates Following Coachella Buzz
Singer Sombr Announces North American Tour Stops in Southern California
Alternative rock artist Sombr, known for hits like "Back to Friends" and "Undressed," has revealed plans for a North American tour following a successful debut at Coachella. He will perform in 37 cities this summer and fall, including Southern California venues.
Sombr’s "You Are the Reason" tour is set to take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim on October 9, the Kia Forum in Inglewood on October 10, and Pechanga Arena in San Diego on October 13.
The tour will also feature a diverse lineup of opening acts, including Interpol, The Last Dinner Party, Tom Odell, Dove Cameron, and Balu Brigada, performing at select locations throughout the tour.
Fans interested in attending can sign up on Sombr’s official website to receive a presale code. The presale will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, followed by additional presales through AEG at 10 a.m. on Wednesday and through Spotify, Kia Forum, and Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. on Thursday. General ticket sales will commence on Friday at 10 a.m.
Sombr made waves during his Coachella debut on April 11, where he captivated audiences with a 50-minute performance on the Outdoor Theatre stage, featuring a surprise collaboration with Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins. The duo performed the iconic song "1979." Following the festival, Sombr expressed gratitude to fans on Instagram, noting the unique energy they brought to the event and hinting at the tour announcement.
The artist has recently enjoyed significant accolades, including wins for Best New Alternative Artist and Alternative Album of the Year for "I Barely Know Her" at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in March. Fans referred to Coachella as "sombrchella" across social media, celebrating his vibrant presence at the festival.
