Ali Wong Stuns in a Liquid Sequin Gown at the Grammys After Her Breakup with Bill Hader
Ali Wong Dazzles at 2026 Grammys Following Breakup with Bill Hader
Los Angeles – Comedian and actress Ali Wong made a stunning appearance on the red carpet at the 2026 Grammys on Sunday. This marked her first public engagement since her recent split from fellow actor Bill Hader.
Wong turned heads in a shimmering green strapless corset gown by Vivienne Westwood, adorned with sequins and accompanied by statement gold earrings. Her glamorous look was completed with a 1960s-inspired half-updo and chic makeup featuring rosy blush, black eyeliner, and a coral-nude lip.
Her attendance at the awards ceremony follows her breakup with Hader, which was confirmed last month by People. The couple had been together for nearly three years, with sources citing scheduling conflicts as a primary reason for their separation.
"It was too difficult to make the relationship work with Ali’s upcoming stand-up tour and Bill’s various film and TV projects this year," an insider revealed. "They’re focusing on their work and kids, while continuing to support and root for each other."
Representatives for both Wong and Hader did not provide immediate comments regarding their relationship status. However, the insider emphasized that the two remain "very amicable" and still maintain contact.
Wong and Hader publicly confirmed their relationship in April 2023. It wasn’t until January of the following year that they made their red carpet debut together at the Golden Globes.
"We’ve been together for a minute, so I guess people didn’t know we were together," Wong said when discussing their appearance at the awards ceremony.
The couple briefly dated in 2022 after Wong’s separation from her ex-husband, Justin Hakuta, but also split at that time due to their busy schedules.

Wong’s radiant presence at the Grammys signified a confident return to the public eye during a transitional phase in her personal life.
