Guy Oseary Thanks Sabrina Carpenter for Her Coachella Performance and Ongoing Support for Madonna
Guy Oseary Celebrates Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter’s Coachella Collaboration
Guy Oseary, longtime manager of Madonna, marked a significant milestone by celebrating the Queen of Pop’s recent collaboration with singer Sabrina Carpenter at Coachella 2026. This performance comes two decades after Madonna’s first appearance at the iconic festival in 2006.
On April 18, Oseary took to social media to reflect on Madonna’s full-circle moment at Coachella, sharing a video of the two artists during Carpenter’s headlining set on April 17. “20 years since @madonna first performance at @coachella, a beautiful full-circle celebration,” he wrote.
In his post, Oseary expressed gratitude towards the teams involved, saying, “On behalf of @saramariezam and I at @maverick, thank you to the very kind and talented @volaramgmt team. And most of all, @sabrinacarpenter.”
The collaboration garnered significant attention as Madonna made a surprise appearance during Carpenter’s evening set, where they teased a new track from Madonna’s upcoming album, Confessions II. They also performed memorable duets of “Vogue” and “Like a Prayer.”
Oseary reminisced about their connection, recalling their first meeting at the SNL 50 party in February 2025. “I first met Sabrina at the SNL 50 party, where we bumped into each other walking thru the party,” he shared. “She told me how much she loved Madonna. Minutes later, she was asked to join the house band at that party to sing an impromptu song: the song she chose: ‘Like A Virgin.’”
He concluded his post with a heartfelt sentiment: “She has always shown love for the Queen, repeatedly… and last night the mutual love was shown and shared with the world.” Carpenter responded to Oseary’s tribute with three pink revolving heart emojis.
Later, Carpenter reflected on her Coachella experience, posting on Instagram after her headlining performance. “Coachella weekend 2 might take the damn cake,” she mentioned, sharing a gallery of backstage images, including moments with Madonna.
“Madonna… I’ve got something I wanna talk about! thank you for coming out, bringing your love, and gracing the audience with everything you are + astrology knowledge + the greatest songs of all time. Last night was straight out of a dream. Spending so much time laughing with you and then above all sharing the stage with you is a privilege I’ll never forget,” Carpenter wrote.
