Two Dead in Early Morning Anaheim Crash
Two individuals lost their lives in a vehicle crash near the 57 Freeway in Anaheim early Monday, according to the Anaheim Police Department. The incident occurred shortly after 12:30 a.m. on the 2500 block of E. Katella Avenue.
The single-vehicle accident involved a green Jeep Liberty, registered in Orange, which crashed into a tree near the off-ramp of the freeway. The collision resulted in a fire, and both occupants were pronounced dead at the scene.
