Check Out the Exciting New Colors of Trader Joe’s Viral Tote Bags
Trader Joe’s to Release Springtime Mini Totes and New Canvas Bag
Trader Joe’s is announcing the return of its sought-after Mini Pastel Canvas Totes this March, exciting fans of the popular grocery chain. The new collection, featuring soft spring hues, will be available at select locations for a limited time.
According to Nakia Rohde, Trader Joe’s Public Relations Manager, the Mini Pastel Canvas Totes, which first garnered attention during their debut in spring 2025, will reappear in stores starting mid-March. “There will not be a specific day the totes will arrive in all Trader Joe’s stores nationwide,” Rohde stated, advising customers to keep an eye on their local shelves.
The mini totes will be offered in familiar pastel colors—light blue, light pink, lilac, and teal—priced at $2.99 each. The totes measure 13 inches long, 11 inches tall, and 6 inches wide, making them ideal for smaller shopping trips.
Additionally, a new large canvas tote with lavender handles and a pink logo is set to launch, priced at $3.99. Rohde noted that while the exact nationwide release date is not confirmed, it will be available soon. “Each store determines their own merchandising decisions,” she explained.
The excitement surrounding Trader Joe’s tote bags has proven to be significant, with previous releases creating considerable buzz. In March 2024, another version of the mini tote bag, available in navy blue, yellow, red, and dark green, generated what was described as “Stanley-like chaos” among shoppers. Seasonal designs, including last year’s limited-edition Trick-or-Treat Mini Canvas Totes, have also attracted attention and enthusiasm.
In a statement regarding the resale market for these bags, Rohde emphasized that Trader Joe’s does not support the resale of its products. “We do not condone the reselling of our products and do everything we can to stop it,” she said.
Founded in Pasadena, California, in 1967 by Joe Coulombe, Trader Joe’s remains committed to providing unique and everyday items under its brand.
