Joey Lawrence Signs with Defining Artists for Representation
Actor Joey Lawrence, best known for his portrayal of Joey Russo on the beloved ’90s series Blossom and Joe Longo in Melissa and Joey, has signed with Defining Artists for representation.
Beginning his career as a child actor, Lawrence gained recognition in the cult classic film Summer Rental, where he starred opposite John Candy. More recently, he appeared in a multi-episode arc on Hawaii Five-O and featured alongside his brothers, Matthew and Andrew Lawrence, in the 2021 romantic comedy Mistletoe Mixup. In addition to acting, Lawrence is also a musician; his 1993 single "Nothin’ My Love Can’t Fix" reached No. 19 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Currently, Lawrence co-hosts the podcast Brotherly Love with his brothers, and the trio is collaborating on a graphic novel titled The Lawrence Brothers Detective Agency, set to launch in 2026.
Looking ahead, Lawrence will star alongside Beverly D’Angelo, Brittany Curran, and Courtney D’Angelo in The Heart Brake, directed by Lance Smith. He will also guest star in the upcoming second season of Prime Video’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
In addition to being represented by Defining Artists, Lawrence is managed by Luber Roklin Entertainment.
