Livvy Dunne Takes on a Recurring Role in Fox’s ‘Baywatch’
Fox has officially announced the casting of Livvy Dunne in its upcoming reboot of Baywatch, titled “Baywatch 2.0: The Influencer Edition.” The model and former competitive gymnast will take on the recurring role of Grace, an enthusiastic junior lifeguard. This marks Dunne’s debut in professional acting, following her decision to pursue a career in film and television after retiring from gymnastics in April 2025.
With approximately 13 million followers on social media, Dunne joins a star-studded cast that includes Noah Beck, Shay Mitchell, and Brooks Nader, who have 41 million, 35 million, and 1.8 million followers, respectively.
Stephen Amell headlines the series as Hobie Buchannon. The ensemble also features Jessica Belkin, Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone, and David Chokachi, who reprises his original role as Cody Madison.
Set to premiere during the 2026-2027 season, the reboot follows Hobie as he takes on the role of Baywatch Captain, the legacy of his father, Mitch. Chaos ensues when his daughter Charlie appears, eager to uphold the Buchannon family tradition.
The series is a collaboration between Fox Entertainment and Fremantle, with Matt Nix as showrunner and executive producer. The production team also includes McG, Michael Berk, Greg Bonann, Doug Schwartz, Dante Di Loreto, and Mike Horowitz. Fox Entertainment Global will oversee all domestic rights, while Fremantle will handle international sales.
Dunne is represented by Brillstein Entertainment Partners and The Team.
