Rob Rausch, Winner of ‘Traitors’, Shares Update on Missing $220,800 Prize Money

Rob Rausch, the winner of season 4 of Traitors, revealed he has not yet received the substantial prize of $220,800 following his victory in the show. During a March 10 appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Rausch expressed his disappointment regarding the payment delay, stating, “They still haven’t paid me.”
Despite the delay in receiving his winnings, Rausch has maintained his commitment to gifting a red Birkin bag to runner-up Maura Higgins, which he had promised after outmaneuvering her in the finale. He presented Higgins with the luxurious item on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen earlier this month, expressing excitement over gifting it. Higgins, visibly delighted, remarked, “This is my win. I knew I’d have my moment.”
In the final episode of Traitors, Rausch revealed himself as a Traitor after an agreement with Higgins to conclude the game. According to the show’s rules, if only Faithfuls remain at the end, they share the prize. If Traitors are still in play, they take the entire amount.
Fellow Traitor Lisa Rinna played a role in helping Rausch acquire the Birkin bag. Rinna shared insights about the purchase in a TikTok video, explaining how her friends facilitated a quicker acquisition by connecting Rausch to the necessary New York contacts, avoiding an extended wait for sourcing the bag from Paris.
“It was so fun helping Rob. My friends Isaac Boots and Jeffrey helped with that connection because they had the connection in New York, so we were able to make that happen quickly," Rinna said, emphasizing the joy the gift brought all involved.
On The Kelly Clarkson Show, Rausch also discussed future aspirations. Initially resistant to a career in acting, his perspective has shifted. Commenting on the potential, he said, “Before Traitors, I would have said, ‘Hell no, I’m not doing that.’ But maybe I could do it.” He also expressed his eagerness to return home to his family in Alabama, especially with the arrival of spring.
