Orlando Bloom and Tom Brady recently showcased their miniature “guard dogs” in a lighthearted Instagram exchange. The amusing back-and-forth occurred on December 8, culminating in Brady conceding to Bloom’s pint-sized pet.
The playful exchange began when Brady shared a picture of his dog, Fluffy, a small pup with gray, white, and black markings, alongside the caption, “My Guard Dog ❤️❤️❤️.” Fluffy appeared relaxed on a couch, gazing adorably off-camera.
Shortly thereafter, Bloom joined the fun with a photo of his own teacup poodle, Biggie Smalls, who is described as his “emotional support” dog. Bloom’s challenge to Brady read, “@tombrady I see ur guard dog and raise you mine ❤️😆.”
Brady responded with humor, reposting Bloom’s picture of Biggie Smalls, and conceded the playful competition, stating, “Ok…you win @orlandobloom.”
This friendly online rivalry comes on the heels of Brady’s public announcement regarding Junie, a pit bull mix that he recently revealed is a clone of his late dog, Lua.

Brady’s recent focus on his pets follows the loss of Lua, who passed away in December 2023. Afterward, he adopted Junie, who bears a striking resemblance to Lua. The retired NFL star later disclosed that Junie is a genetic replica of Lua, using biotechnology developed by Colossal Bioscience, which allowed for her cloning.
“I love my animals. They mean the world to me and my family,” Brady noted. He elaborated, saying that he “worked with Colossal and leveraged their non-invasive cloning technology through a simple blood draw of our family’s elderly dog before she passed.” Brady emphasized the emotional significance of having a clone of his beloved pet.
