In a humorous update, Arie Luyendyk Jr., known for his appearance on The Bachelor, shared with fans his intention to undergo a second vasectomy. On December 5, he posted a video on Instagram in which he made a phone call to schedule the procedure, jokingly referring to it as needing a "punch card" for the third appointment.
While speaking to the receptionist, Luyendyk lightheartedly stated, "Snip snap, snip snap," as Adele’s "Hello" played in the background. Following the scheduling, he gave a thumbs-up to the camera, further commenting, “She’s probably heard it a thousand times lol,” in the caption.

Luyendyk and Burnham welcomed their fourth child, Livvy Rowe, on September 18. Their family also includes daughter Alessi, aged 6, and 4-year-old twins Senna and Lux. The couple married in January 2019, approximately ten months after their engagement on The Bachelor‘s After the Final Rose.
Following the births of Senna and Lux, Luyendyk underwent his first vasectomy in February 2022. By spring 2024, he indicated in a Q&A on Instagram that he was reconsidering family size, stating, "A year ago I would have said 100% no way, but I’m feeling more and more like I rushed the vasectomy."
In July 2024, he reversed his vasectomy, an announcement made public in February 2025. During a YouTube discussion, Burnham reflected that while they previously thought their family was complete, they were considering expanding again.
In March 2025, they revealed they were expecting their fourth child. Burnham shared that prior to this pregnancy, she had experienced a chemical pregnancy.
In April, the couple announced they were expecting another girl, celebrating with a gender reveal alongside their three oldest children by popping a balloon filled with pink confetti.
