Robert Pattinson and Zendaya are set to appear together in three films throughout 2026. This pairing is generating excitement among fans eager for their upcoming projects.
In a recent interview with GQ, Pattinson expressed admiration for Zendaya, stating, “It’s so nice. She’s great. I really, really like her. And yeah, she’s incredible in The Drama as well and in all of them.”
The first film, The Drama, portrays Pattinson and Zendaya as a “happily engaged couple put to the test when an unexpected revelation sends their wedding week off the rails,” as noted in A24’s official synopsis. While details remain scarce, a trailer released in December hints at the couple’s efforts to prepare for their wedding amidst underlying relationship tensions. The two were photographed together on the film’s set in Andover, Massachusetts, in November 2024.
Following The Drama, both actors will feature in The Odyssey, directed by Christopher Nolan. Pattinson takes on the role of Antinous, who competes for the hand of Penelope, played by Anne Hathaway, as Odysseus, portrayed by Matt Damon, navigates his return home after two decades of war. Zendaya will step into the role of Athena, the goddess of wisdom and warfare, with her real-life fiancé Tom Holland also starring as Telemachus, Odysseus’ son.

Pattinson acknowledged that he has yet to see Zendaya’s performance in The Odyssey, saying, “I just saw her pictures and we saw each other in passing.”
As The Odyssey premieres, fans will turn their focus to Dune: Part Three, where Zendaya reprises her role as Chani, the romantic interest of Timothée Chalamet’s character, Paul Atreides. This installment is based on Frank Herbert’s novel Dune Messiah, though Pattinson’s specific role has not been confirmed.
Pattinson reflected on the unique experiences of filming Dune: Part Three, stating, “You’ll never experience these things in any other profession… Being out in the desert shooting Dune, it’s weird. I remember shooting a scene with Zendaya, the first scene we shot together out in the desert, I’m like, ‘Oh! We’re, like, in Dune!’”
The Drama is set for release on April 3, The Odyssey on July 17, and Dune: Part Three on December 18. Additionally, Zendaya is expected to star in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which will be released on July 31.
