Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet Ring in the New Year Together After Time Apart

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are set to welcome the new year together, according to a source who spoke with PEOPLE. The couple aims to make up for the time they spent apart, planning a celebratory New Year’s Eve.
"It’s been special for Kylie to have Timothée in Los Angeles more in December," the insider noted, highlighting Chalamet’s recent 30th birthday celebration on December 27.
A separate source revealed that Chalamet recently wrapped filming for Dune: Part Three and has new projects lined up for 2026, including the film High Side. During an interview with Adam Sandler on November 15, Chalamet confirmed the completion of the anticipated sci-fi sequel just days prior.
Despite challenges, the couple appears to be navigating their demanding careers together. "She traveled to Budapest several times in the fall when he was busy working," the source added. "They spent a lot of time apart, but the past few weeks have made up for it. Still, it’s not the easiest relationship. They are both incredibly focused on their careers and ambitious."

The source described Jenner, 28, as someone who admires Chalamet’s work ethic, stating she would "never date anyone who just sits around." Both individuals appear to appreciate their relationship amidst their busy schedules, as they celebrate holidays and special occasions together.
As part of a Kardashian-Jenner family tradition, Chalamet joined Jenner during the holidays and even appeared on the family’s Christmas gingerbread house this year. The couple, who began dating in spring 2023, made their public debut at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in May 2025.
On December 8, they were spotted together at the Los Angeles premiere of Marty Supreme, where they coordinated their outfits in bright orange, marking yet another public appearance as a couple. Prior reports indicate that they remain strong in their relationship, with multiple sources affirming that the pair is doing well.
