Tyla Rocks a Snakeskin Tattoo Top at Paris Fashion Week
Tyla Dazzles at Paris Fashion Week with Daring Tattoo Top
Tyla made a stunning impression at Paris Fashion Week on Monday night, showcasing a unique optical illusion that captivated fashion enthusiasts. The "Water" singer turned heads as she donned a temporary snakeskin tattoo that served as a daring backless top.
As anticipation builds for her upcoming sophomore album release this summer, Tyla embraced an avant-garde style that challenged conventional fashion norms. Just days after paying tribute to Madonna’s iconic Jean Paul Gaultier cone bra, the South African artist upped the fashion ante with her revealing outfit, which was comprised solely of the striking temporary tattoo.
During her appearance at the legendary Crazy Horse cabaret, Tyla’s tattoo top quickly became the highlight of her Y2K-inspired ensemble. Initially, the design appeared to be a long-sleeved shirt featuring a vibrant snakeskin print in shades of burnt orange, black, and dark brown. However, designer Simon Carle later clarified that the look was achieved through painstakingly applied temporary ink on her bare skin.
Images shared on social media revealed the intricate details of the tattoo top, including a turtleneck design that showcased various scaly ink patterns. The top not only accentuated Tyla’s figure but left her back entirely exposed, marking a bold departure from traditional clothing.
Pairing the attention-grabbing top with unbuttoned ultra-low-rise Rock Revival jeans, Tyla completed her look with towering DSquared Samurai heels and a Valentino chain python bag. As she left her hotel, removing a fluffy taupe jacket to highlight her top, Tyla styled her hair in a glamorous blowout and adorned herself with a gold Chanel chain necklace.
In a post on Instagram, she expressed her gratitude, stating, “Skin tight X @simoncarle__ Thanks for my Tat 💋,” along with images showcasing different angles of her show-stopping look.
Tyla’s choice of attire not only reflects her personal style but also signifies her boldness as an artist, seamlessly blending music and fashion in a way that leaves a lasting impact.
