CARSON, Calif. – Authorities have arrested two suspects accused of operating unlicensed elder care and hospice facilities in Carson, according to a report confirmed by FOX News.

In the operation, seven elderly patients were rescued from four different homes, where they were found to be suffering from severe malnutrition, neglect, and denial of essential medical treatment.
