LOS ANGELES – A man lost his life and a 7-year-old girl sustained injuries during a single-vehicle crash in the Watts area early Tuesday morning, according to authorities.
The Los Angeles Police Department reported that they received a call at approximately 5:10 a.m. regarding the incident, which occurred at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Wilmington Avenue. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, while the young girl was transported to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood. Her condition remains unknown.
As of now, the identities of the individuals involved have not been released, and the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
