- Ticketmaster announced that additional tickets for Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine tour will be available soon.
- The ticket vendor canceled a small number of tickets that violated “ticket purchase terms.”
- Grande’s tour is set to begin in June.
Ariana Grande is collaborating with Ticketmaster to provide more opportunities for fans to secure tickets to her upcoming Eternal Sunshine Tour.
On January 28, Ticketmaster shared an update concerning the tour via social media. The company stated, “Last October, we worked with the Eternal Sunshine Tour to cancel a small portion of tickets that had been identified as violating our ticket purchase terms. Our focus is ensuring those tickets are reissued directly to fans.”
The statement further clarified that these tickets would be available “through a request process” in February, emphasizing a goal to prevent them from falling into the hands of unauthorized resellers.
“You’ll be able to submit your request and if it can be fulfilled, your credit card will be automatically charged and you’ll receive an email from Ticketmaster with further instructions,” the post explained. “While most selections will be random, we will prioritize fans who did nothing wrong but had resale tickets canceled due to the seller’s violation of our terms.”
Grande, 32, later shared this information in her Instagram Stories, expressing gratitude to her fans: “love you all so much and thank you for your patience… more information soon.”
According to a source, Grande’s team has made significant efforts to maintain affordable ticket prices. The source noted that they opted out of “platinum and price scaling,” which often causes prices to fluctuate based on demand, resulting in a greater number of tickets on the secondary market at heightened prices.
Grande’s Eternal Sunshine tour marks her first in six years and is set to start in June. Speaking at the Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles earlier this month, she mentioned her preparations for the tour. “I’ve been working on the setlist for months now,” she stated. “It’s in a good place, but we’ll never know until we get into the rehearsals — which are starting very soon — and we put things on their feet if it’ll make sense or not.”

In a recent podcast appearance on *Good Hang with Amy Poehler*, Grande reflected on her career trajectory and the role of touring in her future. “I think the last 10 to 15 years will look very different from the ones that are coming up,” she noted. She expressed excitement about her upcoming tour but acknowledged the uncertainty of future performances, saying, “I think it might not happen again for a long, long, long, long time.” She concluded with a hopeful note, referring to the tour as “one last hurrah for now.”
