First Look and Star-Studded Cast Announced for CoComelon: The Movie
CoComelon: The Movie has released its first-look photo, accompanied by news of an impressive voice cast featuring prominent comedic actors. Among the talents are SZA, known for her work in One of Them Days, Ike Barinholtz from The Studio, and Nicholas Hoult, who will soon be seen in Superman. The lineup also includes Saturday Night Live’s Sarah Sherman and Ego Nwodim, along with Josh Johnson from The Daily Show, Matt Friend of Family Guy, Rhys Darby from Jumanji: The Next Level, and Cristo Fernández from Ted Lasso.
Younger actors are also featured, with Connor Esterson from Spy Kids: Armageddon voicing JJ, Camden Brooks from Swapped as Cody, Olivia London Leyva from Lopez vs. Lopez as Nina, and Aerina DeBoer from The Summer I Turned Pretty as CeCe.
The film is a collaboration among Moonbug Entertainment, Flywheel Media, Prime Focus Studios, and DreamWorks Animation, with animation by the DNEG Group. Scheduled for release on February 19, 2027, the film will be directed by Kat Good, although details about its plot remain undisclosed. Justin Tranter is on board as the executive music producer.
