SoFi Stadium Employee Loses Job After Threatening Concertgoers with ICE
Incident at SoFi Stadium Leads to Termination of Employee
A woman employed by a third-party service provider at SoFi Stadium has lost her job after a video surfaced showing her threatening to contact immigration officers regarding a group of concertgoers.
The video, shared on TikTok, captures a confrontation in what appears to be a hallway or lobby area of the venue following a Los Bukis concert. The specific circumstances of the dispute remain unclear, though the individual who recorded the footage claimed that stadium workers were preventing concertgoers from accessing restrooms.
In the video, a female employee can be heard telling a man, “Don’t put words in my mouth. No, don’t put words in my mouth,” as a male colleague urges her to let him continue speaking. Shortly after, she says, “Yeah, before I call ICE,” before exiting the scene, prompting reactions from those present.
Hollywood Park, the organization overseeing SoFi Stadium, responded to the incident in a statement, clarifying, “The individual involved in this incident was an employee of a third-party service provider and is no longer working at Hollywood Park. We do not tolerate this type of behavior.”
This incident has raised questions about employee conduct in public spaces and the responsibilities of venues in ensuring the wellbeing of their guests.
