Sara Landry Presents the Artist of the Year Award to Tokimonsta
Following her victory at the 2025 Femmy Awards, hard techno producer Sara Landry returned to the stage to honor Tokimonsta with the same accolade. The indie-dance icon has become a prominent figure in the music industry.
“The most important artists of our time don’t just make music; they craft immersive worlds,” Landry remarked during the presentation. “That is Tokimonsta’s superpower. Your 15-year career proves that trusting oneself and remaining curious are essential for success and resonance in the industry.”
Landry continued, highlighting Tokimonsta’s achievements over the past year, including being named Beatport’s Artist of the Month and her memorable performances at major festivals. “Though your triumphs are well documented, what makes you truly inspiring is your commitment to uplifting other creatives through Young Art Records and the reminder that embracing one’s uniqueness is fundamental to longevity and creativity,” she said.
Tokimonsta graciously accepted the award amidst a warm round of applause from the crowd.
Mary Droppinz Declares ‘Unapologetic Radical Self-Expression Through Music’ in Acceptance of the Carolyn Horn Trailblazer Award
LP Giobbi presented the new Carolyn Horn Trailblazer Award, commemorating her late piano teacher who inspired her throughout her musical journey.
“The mirror Carolyn held up to me was one of my favorites,” LP shared. “In her eyes, I was joy, infinite love, and unstoppable. Her belief shaped me deeply.” LP recounted how Horn, at age 50, returned to school to study electronic music, overcoming significant barriers in a male-dominated field.
Calling Mary Droppinz to the stage, LP highlighted her dedication to joy and connection through music as key to her recognition.
In her acceptance speech, Droppinz expressed gratitude for LP’s support, stating, “You didn’t just support me; you were one of the first to give me a chance in this industry.” She dedicated her award to the artist community and her parents, emphasizing the importance of representation for women in electronic dance music.
The audience responded with enthusiastic cheers.
Val Fleury Honored as Community Member of the Year
Producer Val Fleury received the Community Member of the Year award, recognizing her passion and dedication to the Femme House mission. In her emotional speech, she reflected on her family’s journey as refugees from Liberia to the United States.
“I recorded songs and made mixtapes for my family and community to see them joyous and dancing together,” Fleury recalled. “Our story grew from that little refugee girl into something shaped by resilience and grace.”
Grateful for the support of her community, she urged those who feel alone or afraid to pursue their dreams: “Representation matters, and we stand on the shoulders of giants. Be scared, but do it anyway, just do it your f–king way.”
Anja Schneider Receives the Pioneer Award

The Pioneer Award was presented to German DJ and producer Anja Schneider for her contributions to the music scene. Hermixalot highlighted her embodiment of connection and empathy within dance music.
Accepting the award, Schneider expressed her gratitude and spoke of her enduring passion for the industry. “It feels surreal to be recognized for something you’ve done for the last 30 years,” she said, acknowledging the progress made while also recognizing the journey ahead.
Ultra Naté Receives the Voice of House Award

The prestigious Voice of House award was bestowed upon Ultra Naté, a genre-defining artist known for her hit “Free.” The award was presented by previous winners Crystal Waters and Barbara Tucker, who highlighted Naté’s influence in house music.
In her acceptance speech, Naté urged women in the audience to prioritize both their artistry and business acumen. “As young artists, we often focus on creativity, but we also need a supportive team and managing our business affairs,” she advised. “Make sure your business is handled, my sisters.”
