Shiv Pai Takes on a Role in CBS Comedy Pilot ‘The Tillbrooks’
Shiv Pai Joins Cast of CBS’s Historical Comedy Pilot, The Tillbrooks
Shiv Pai, known for his role in Marvel’s Iron Fist, has been cast as a series regular in CBS’s upcoming historical comedy pilot, The Tillbrooks—formerly titled Regency. The project is developed by Tara Hernandez and produced by Warner Bros. Television.
The Tillbrooks offers a historical twist on the classic multi-camera family sitcom, focusing on the upper-middle-class Tillbrooks as they navigate life, love, and scandal in 19th Century England.
Pai will portray Henry, the dedicated head groundskeeper at Hartford Park, characterized as kind, charming, and knowledgeable about plants. Described as a sensible young man, Henry takes great pride in his work and looks after his many siblings.
He joins a cast that includes previously announced actors Rhys Darby, Hayley Griffith, and Mia Challis.
Tara Hernandez will serve as both the writer and executive producer of the project, with Warner Bros. Television handling studio responsibilities.
Shiv Pai’s notable credits include Iron Fist, A24’s Uncut Gems, and On My Block. He recently received a nomination for Best Rising Actor for his role in All There Is at the WorldFest Houston Film Festival in 2025. Pai’s upcoming projects include the college comedy feature Pizza Movie, set to premiere at SXSW 2026, as well as appearances in the current season of Grey’s Anatomy. He is represented by Rebel Creative Group and Take 3 Talent Agency.
