Republic Pictures Welcomes Jon Kean’s Documentary ‘The Hollywood Rabbi’ to Its Family
Republic Pictures Acquires Documentary on Rabbi Marvin Hier
Republic Pictures has secured the rights to Jon Kean’s documentary, The Hollywood Rabbi, which explores the life of Rabbi Marvin Hier.
The film chronicles Hier’s journey from an Orthodox Jewish community to becoming an internationally recognized figure as the founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the Museum of Tolerance. It highlights his dialogues with Presidents, Popes, Kings, and various Hollywood celebrities while he ardently champions Holocaust remembrance, human rights, and tolerance within society.
Notable figures featured in the documentary include Arnold Schwarzenegger, President Bill Clinton, Billy Crystal, Governor Gavin Newsom, Ted Sarandos, Jeffrey Katzenberg, and Montana Tucker, among others.
The documentary is produced by Brad Krevoy, Susie Krevoy, and Kean.
