On December 31, the 46-year-old pop star posted a selfie from her hospital room wearing a gown and a bandage on her neck. Despite the circumstances, P!nk appeared cheerful, reflecting on the past year and explaining her medical situation.

In her Instagram post, P!nk lightheartedly dismissed speculation about facial surgery, revealing she underwent surgery to replace “two new shiny discs in my neck.” She noted, “rock ‘n’ roll is a contact sport,” while mentioning that although she spent her recovery alone in the hospital, her family enjoyed the holiday snowboarding.
Reflecting on the past year, P!nk described it as a mix of challenges and joys, saying, “This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying.” She highlighted the beauty amidst the difficulties, emphasizing her commitment to her children and their dreams.
The singer, who has two children with former motocross racer Carey Hart, shared her feelings about losing “incredibly important people” in 2025, alongside fulfilling personal goals. She expressed a desire to advocate for others’ choices and the pursuit of happiness in the year ahead.
