Paul Walker’s Daughter Remembers Him on the Anniversary of His Passing: “12 Years Without You”
Meadow Walker commemorated the anniversary of her father Paul Walker’s passing with a heartfelt tribute on social media. Paul Walker, the renowned star of the Fast & Furious franchise, died on November 30, 2013, at the age of 40, following a tragic car accident that occurred just weeks after Meadow’s 15th birthday.
In a post shared on Instagram, Meadow honored her father’s memory by posting photographs of their cherished moments together. Capturing the bond they shared, she wrote, “12 years without you… I love you forever.” The images depict a tender scene of Paul kneeling before a young Meadow, who is seated on a counter, while he presents her with a dessert adorned with candles.
Earlier this year, on September 12, which would have marked Paul Walker’s birthday, Meadow similarly expressed her love for him. She posted a childhood photo of herself sitting on his lap, accompanied by the caption, “Happy birthday, daddy. I love you endlessly and miss you every day.”
Meadow continued to honor her father on Father’s Day in June, reflecting on their close relationship. She shared, “Happy Father’s Day to my guardian angel. Thank you for your love, guidance, and for truly being the most incredible dad and my best friend. I miss you every day, my sunshine. I love you.”
Paul Walker’s legacy endures through his contributions to film, most notably his role as Brian O’Conner in The Fast and the Furious series, where he reprised his character in five of the six sequels. His final appearance in the franchise was in 2015’s Furious 7, released posthumously. Walker’s body of work also includes notable films such as Pleasantville (1998), Varsity Blues (1999), She’s All That (1999), The Skulls (2000), Into the Blue (2005), and The Lazarus Project (2008).
