NEED TO KNOW
- Ozzy Osbourne’s website is now selling merchandise that humorously critiques Pink Floyd member Roger Waters.
- Waters previously made dismissive remarks about Osbourne shortly after his passing in July.
- The T-shirt features the phrase “Another Prick in the Wall,” a play on Pink Floyd’s “Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2.”
Ozzy Osbourne’s family is responding to Roger Waters’ viral remarks regarding the late rocker with a line of cheeky merchandise. Following a controversial interview in which Waters expressed his disinterest in Osbourne’s legacy, the Osbourne family has introduced a T-shirt from the official store that takes direct aim at Waters.
Waters, 82, stirred controversy months ago when he stated he “couldn’t give a f—” about Osbourne’s band, Black Sabbath. Shortly thereafter, Osbourne’s official shop unveiled a shirt that features a provocative design, including an image of an individual in an Ozzy T-shirt urinating a rainbow onto the cover of Waters’ 1990 album, The Wall: Live in Berlin.

The T-shirt’s back showcases the words “Another Prick in the Wall” in a font reminiscent of Pink Floyd, alongside imagery of the aforementioned album. The front features “OZZY RULES” in bold graffiti-style text. The merchandise is available for a limited time, underscoring the family’s aim to clarify their position.
The feud has deepened since Waters’ comments emerged in August, just weeks after Osbourne’s death on July 22 at the age of 76. He had suffered from extensive health issues, including Parkinson’s disease.
In a follow-up interview, Waters dismissed Black Sabbath’s impact, saying, “I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did. I couldn’t care less.” He added remarks about Osbourne’s life that many found disrespectful.
In September, Osbourne’s son Jack responded to Waters via Instagram, stating, “Hey @rogerwaters. F— You. How pathetic and out of touch you’ve become.” Jack continued to express disdain, remarking that his father considered Waters a “c—,” and suggested that Waters’ recent comments were merely an attempt to gain attention.
The Osbourne family further addressed their grievances during a podcast appearance, with Sharon Osbourne calling Waters “one of the most twisted, sick individuals.” Kelly Osbourne echoed similar sentiments, criticizing Waters as lacking charisma and stage presence. Jack found humor in the situation, noting that Waters’ comments led to significant media coverage, suggesting that it may have been the most attention Waters had received in years.
Jack concluded, reflecting on his father’s legacy, stating that Osbourne would often express love for Pink Floyd while simultaneously criticizing Waters. He urged for more civility, saying compliance to simple condolences could have sufficed instead of disparagement.
