La Habra Mother Charged After Toddler Falls From Moving Vehicle in Fullerton
FULLERTON, Calif. – A 35-year-old woman from La Habra is facing misdemeanor charges of child abuse and endangerment following a frightening incident where her 19-month-old child fell out of a moving vehicle.
Jacqueline Marie Hernandez was charged on Wednesday, and her arraignment at the North Justice Center in Fullerton has been rescheduled to April 22.
The incident, which gained significant attention after being captured on video, occurred on the morning of January 20 at the intersection of North Euclid Street and West Maldern Avenue.
