New Teaser for Avengers: Doomsday Brings Together Xavier and Magneto While Cyclops Removes His Visor
The X-Men are making a comeback in the latest teaser for Avengers: Doomsday.
Marvel has recently unveiled a minute-long teaser featuring iconic characters Charles Xavier, portrayed by Patrick Stewart, and his longstanding rival Magneto, played by Ian McKellen, engaged in a game of chess.
In a compelling moment, McKellen declares, “Death comes for us all. That’s all I know for sure. The question isn’t, ‘Are you prepared to die?’ The question is, ‘Who will you be when you close your eyes?’”
The teaser also showcases Cyclops, portrayed by James Marsden, as he removes his visor and unleashes the trademark red beam from his eyes.
Stewart, McKellen, and Marsden, who shared the screen in the 2000 film X-Men, have all been confirmed as part of the Doomsday cast since last year.
