New Insights on Martin Scorsese’s ‘What Happens At Night’ Featuring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence
Apple Original Films has unveiled the first image from the highly anticipated Martin Scorsese thriller What Happens at Night, featuring stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence. The studio confirmed that production for the film has officially commenced.

Adapted from Peter Cameron’s novel of the same name, the screenplay is penned by Patrick Marber, while Scorsese takes on roles as both director and producer through his company, Sikelia Productions.

What Happens at Night continues the collaboration between Scorsese, DiCaprio, and Apple Original Films, following their previous work on the 10-time Oscar-nominated film Killers of the Flower Moon. Lawrence’s engagements with Apple include projects such as Causeway and Bread & Roses, along with the upcoming murder mystery The Wives, in which she is set to star and produce.
