Mark Wahlberg Starts His Day with a 4 AM Workout and Invites Creators to Join Him on YouTube
Mark Wahlberg Launches YouTube Series Showcasing His Early Morning Workout Routine
Mark Wahlberg, known for his role in Flight Risk, is set to bring his famed early-morning workout routine to YouTube, rising at 2:30 AM to kick off his day before hitting the gym at 4 AM. This new venture comes as part of his latest initiative, the 4AM Club Challenge.
The ten-part series will feature Wahlberg guiding some of the biggest names in the digital creator space through his workout regimen at his home gym. Alongside the physical challenges, the show will include candid conversations with guests from various fields. Notable participants in the inaugural season include Brent Rivera, Druski, The Stokes Twins, Adam W, Jesse James West, Hannah Stocking, Ben Azelart, Dhar Mann, Pierson, and Airrack.
4AM Club Challenge is scheduled to premiere on March 27 at 7 AM PT on Wahlberg’s newly established YouTube channel. The series is produced by Unrealistic Ideas, Wahlberg’s production company, with new episodes set to launch every other week.
Unrealistic Ideas, co-founded by Wahlberg, Archie Gips, and Stephen Levinson, has previously produced series like HBO Max’s Wahl Street and the HBO documentary McMillion$. With this new project, the company is expanding its reach into the creator ecosystem, focusing on a strategy for YouTube led by Gips and producer Dylan Woodhouse.
“I’ve always believed that how you start your morning sets the tone for everything else,” Wahlberg stated. “The 4AM Club is about discipline, accountability, and pushing yourself to be better. Bringing these creators into my world has been a lot of fun.”
Archie Gips, President of Unrealistic Ideas, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the show’s authenticity. “We wanted to create something that shows a different side of both Mark and these creators. The workouts are real, the conversations are real, and the personalities really come through. It’s competitive, it’s funny, and it’s ultimately about the mindset it takes to succeed.”
