Multiple Injuries Reported in Early Morning Collision in Covina

A domestic dispute escalated into a high-speed multi-vehicle accident in Covina on Wednesday morning, leaving several individuals injured, according to local authorities.

The incident occurred around 6 a.m. near the intersection of Hollenbeck Avenue and Cypress Street, involving five vehicles. Eyewitness video captured the scene, which showed at least two cars significantly damaged, with one overturned.

While it remains unclear if the man’s wife was among the injured, authorities have not provided details regarding the victims’ conditions.

Following the crash, the man involved in the pursuit fled the scene but was later identified on security footage in the vicinity. He has since been taken into custody.
