Peacock Announces Premiere Date for Love Island: Beyond the Villa Season 2
Peacock has officially announced that Season 2 of Love Island: Beyond the Villa will premiere on Wednesday, April 15. On launch day, two episodes will be available for streaming, with subsequent episodes released every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
This upcoming season will continue the story of the cast from Season 7 of Love Island USA, featuring winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales. Other cast members returning include Gracyn Blackmore, Jeremiah Brown, Clarke Carraway, Hannah Fields, Pepe Garcia, Iris Kendall, TJ Palma, Andreina Santos, Chris Seeley, Belle-A Walker, Coco Watson, and Taylor Williams. Notably, Charlie Georgio and Austin Shepard will also appear this season.
A trailer has been released, teasing significant developments, including a surprise appearance by Season 7 runner-up Nic Vansteenberghe and Kaylor Martin from Season 6. The preview hints at a complicated reunion between Amaya and Bryan, who ended their relationship shortly after Season 7. “I finally told him, I love him, then boom, he breaks up with me through a text message,” Amaya narrates.
This season will delve into Amaya’s personal journey as she moves out of her parents’ house and confronts her anxiety.
Love Island: Beyond the Villa is produced by ITV America in partnership with Motion Entertainment, a WPP Media Company. Executive producers include David George, Adam Sher, Jordana Hochman, Sarah Howell, Brian Appel, Tom Ciaccio, and Blake Garrett, with consulting executive producer James Barker.
