Los Angeles Magazine Hosts a Joyful Cocktail Party in Honor of Pride
Adam Lambert and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez Honored at L.A. Magazine’s Pride Celebration
On June 13, Los Angeles magazine hosted a vibrant celebration at the 1 Hotel in West Hollywood, recognizing the achievements of cover stars Adam Lambert and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez during L.A. Pride.
The event showcased an array of culinary delights and cocktails, complemented by live entertainment in the hotel’s picturesque Juniper Lounge and Garden. Notable attendees included actor Mindy Cohn, Gregory Zarian, Chef Stuart O’Keeffe, music attorney Dina LaPolt, and Hollywood Unlocked CEO Jason Lee, along with jewelry designer Onch and actor Daniel Franzese.
The Los Angeles LGBTQIA+ community embraced the occasion with style, as guests adorned themselves in fashionable attire suited for a VIP gathering. Four lively bars offered guests an impressive selection of cocktails from esteemed liquor partners, including Mezcal 33, Campari, Ruffino, Empress Gin, and Mezcal Rosaluna.
Guests enjoyed colorful rainbow cocktails at the INFINTI lounge, which also featured a photo booth and showcased the latest 2025 INFINITI QX80. The atmosphere was further enlivened by DJ Maury Hechevarria, whose dynamic violin playing harmonized with a pulse of dance and pop hits.
As the night drew to a close, L.A. Mag publisher and president Chris Gialanella, along with senior editor Lina Lecaro, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the significant contributions of Lambert and Rodriguez to the entertainment landscape and the city itself. Additional L.A. Mag team members, including VP of Digital Andrew Curry and Editor-in-Chief Shirley Halperin, mingled with attendees, fostering a sense of community and celebration.
This event reaffirmed the ongoing impact of the LGBTQIA+ community in Los Angeles, highlighting both the festivities of Pride and the achievements of individuals within it.
