Lisa Vanderpump Opens TomTom and PUMP in West Hollywood
West Hollywood, Calif. – Two prominent establishments connected to the popular Bravo reality series "Vanderpump Rules," TomTom and PUMP, are now officially on the market, according to real estate sources.
Owned by Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd, these eateries are situated on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood’s Rainbow District. The duo rose to fame on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" before launching the spinoff "Vanderpump Rules." Notably, the names of the restaurants are derived from cast members Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, who became junior partners at TomTom, as depicted in the series. Schwartz and Sandoval, however, recently closed their lounge in Los Angeles’ Franklin Village neighborhood after two years of operation.
The decision to sell TomTom and PUMP comes as Vanderpump and Todd continue to expand their ventures, having opened additional lounges along the Las Vegas Strip and preparing for the launch of Wolf by Vanderpump, a rooftop restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona.
A real estate listing characterized TomTom and PUMP as "two globally recognized hospitality brands." The properties are marketed by Urbanlime Real Estate and Zacuto Group. The sale includes nearly all operational assets, such as intellectual property, social media platforms, and proprietary operational systems, representing a fully turnkey opportunity with significant brand equity.
As this significant sale unfolds, there remains uncertainty regarding the future of SUR, the main venue featured prominently in "Vanderpump Rules."
In a notable shift, ahead of the series’ 12th season, former cast members—including Schwartz and the two Toms—were let go, prompting Bravo to launch a reboot that premiered in December 2025, now renewed for a 13th season.
