Leida Margaretha Faces 24 Felony Charges in Wisconsin
Former 90 Day Fiancé star Leida Margaretha is currently facing a total of 24 felony charges in Wisconsin. The allegations against the 36-year-old include wire fraud, forgery, and theft.
According to court documents accessed by Us Weekly, Margaretha pleaded not guilty to various charges during a hearing at the Juneau County Justice Center on January 5, 2026. TMZ initially reported the news earlier this week. Among the charges, Margaretha faces six counts of wire fraud against a financial institution, ten counts of forgery, seven counts of bail jumping, and one count of theft ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 from a business. The alleged offenses reportedly took place between November 2023 and March 2024.
As of now, Margaretha has not been arrested and is set to appear in court again on February 18.
Us Weekly has reached out to Margaretha’s representatives and the Juneau County District Attorney’s Office for further comment.
In September 2025, it was reported that prosecutors in Wisconsin had filed two felony charges against Margaretha for identity theft. She allegedly conducted fraudulent transactions using her employer’s funds and misused information obtained from a second business for additional unauthorized charges.
Additionally, Margaretha was arrested in July 2025 on charges of bond jumping. Her attorney reported that she denied these allegations, suggesting a paperwork mix-up. She was released but ordered to surrender her passport.

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé will likely remember Margaretha from her appearance on the sixth season in 2018, where she married Eric Rosenbrook. In July 2025, she filed for separation from Rosenbrook, citing domestic incidents as the reason for their marriage’s breakdown. However, the couple requested the court to dismiss the case just a month later.
Their personal struggles deepened with the reported death of their newborn daughter, Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook. Rosenbrook shared the tragic news on Facebook on July 10, 2025, revealing that their daughter had passed away after five days on life support. He expressed his heartache, stating, “It destroys me and shatters my world to announce that over the weekend tragedy has struck.”
In response to the allegations surrounding her daughter’s passing, Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, firmly denied any wrongdoing, highlighting that the causes of Alisa’s death were still unknown at the time. Hart emphasized Margaretha’s grief, stating, “Leida is extremely distraught and is still seeking answers for herself.”
Hart added, “Leida would have never harmed her child and she adamantly denies any allegations of wrongdoing.”
