LeBron James’ Triple-Double Helps Lakers Overcome Mavericks
LeBron James showcased an impressive performance, recording a triple-double with 28 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds, leading the Los Angeles Lakers to a decisive 124-104 victory over the Dallas Mavericks ahead of the All-Star break.
The Lakers benefitted from the return of key players from injury, including James, Austin Reaves, and Marcus Smart, although center Deandre Ayton remains out of action.
Meanwhile, Luka Doncic, the leading vote-getter for the All-Star game, is questionable for Sunday’s matchup at the Intuit Dome as he continues to deal with soreness, having missed four consecutive games.
