Laurel Pecchia Promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporation Communications at Lionsgate

Laurel Pecchia has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporation Communications at Lionsgate, effective immediately.

Pecchia joined Lionsgate in June 2022 as Vice President of Corporate Communications, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the studio’s corporate media relations strategy, executive communications, and employee communications. She has also been instrumental in preparing materials for quarterly Board of Directors presentations and earnings calls.

In her expanded role, Pecchia will collaborate closely with Lionsgate’s Motion Picture and Television Groups on communications related to the studio’s diverse film and television slates, which include over 20,000 titles. She will also oversee communications for various initiatives, including AI developments, live and location-based entertainment, digital media, and talent management through 3 Arts.

Pecchia holds a B.A. in Communications and French from Stanford University. Prior to joining Lionsgate, she managed corporate and client media relations, wrote executive scripts and press releases, and handled internal communications at WME. She also gained publicity experience at CBS Films.
