KPop Demon Hunters Are Hitting the Road for a World Concert Tour
Trending on Billboard
Fans of KPop Demon Hunters have been joyfully singing along to the hit song “Golden” for nearly a year, and soon they will have the opportunity to experience the music live. Netflix announced on May 13 that it will launch a global concert tour inspired by its record-breaking animated film.
The streaming giant revealed plans for this live experience to bring various elements of the two-time Oscar-winning film to life, in collaboration with AEG Presents. Although specific tour dates have not yet been revealed, fans can join a waitlist online to receive updates on ticket availability.
Details about what the live KPop Demon Hunters experience will entail remain limited. Netflix has not disclosed whether the film’s musical cast—featuring artists such as HUNTR/X singers EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI—will perform on tour. Additionally, recent trends in entertainment have shown a rise in live shows featuring virtual avatars or holograms, which could potentially allow animated characters from the film to engage with audiences worldwide.
Billboard has reached out to both Netflix and AEG Presents for further information.
One aspect that appears certain is that the tour will feature a setlist rich with tracks from the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack, which has topped the Billboard 200 chart. Among its most popular songs, “Golden” spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and dominated the Billboard Global 200 for 18 weeks, marking a historic milestone as the first K-pop song to win an Oscar in March.
The film’s impactful presence in music and culture over the past year also led Billboard to name EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI as the 2026 Women of the Year during its Women in Music awards ceremony. During her acceptance speech, Nuna expressed, “To receive this honor and represent a song in a film that affirms its notion that the world needs women to show up as their fullest, most whole selves… it’s rewarding beyond words.”
