Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s daughter, Penelope Disick, marked another milestone as she grows into her teenage years. On December 31, Kardashian, 46, shared a series of photos on Instagram showcasing a special day spent with her 13-year-old daughter at the iconic set of Gilmore Girls.
In a ten-photo carousel, Penelope and Kourtney appeared to be nearly the same height, a sight reflecting the passage of time as they explored the beloved fictional town of Stars Hollow. "The Rory to my Lorelai," Kourtney captioned the images as the two enjoyed tea and the various sights together.
Dressed casually for their outing, Penelope opted for jeans and a black zip-up hoodie, while Kourtney complemented her look with dark jeans and a playful cardigan.
This event follows a celebratory summer for Penelope, who turned 13 in July. In a heartfelt Instagram post from that time, Kourtney expressed her joy, stating, “My little lady is 13 🥺💘… Being her mommy is one of the greatest things I have ever done.” Her post highlighted Penelope’s importance in her life, noting, "She inspires me to be a better person every day."
Penelope’s birthday festivities featured personalized cakes, festive balloons, and an impressive fireworks display while the duo celebrated in Italy. Photos from that occasion captured her in a cheerful yellow cardigan and matching shorts, alongside images of her blowing out candles and another cake adorned with berries.
As Kardashian navigates the changes in her family, her marriage to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker in 2022 has blended their families. They welcomed their first child together, son Rocky Thirteen, in November 2023. Kardashian also shares three children—Mason, Penelope, and Reign—with ex-partner Scott Disick.
