Kianna Underwood, Former Nickelodeon Star, Tragically Dies in NYC Hit-and-Run Accident
Kianna Underwood, a former child actor known for her roles on Nickelodeon’s All That and Little Bill, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn, New York, on Friday morning. She was 33 years old.
According to police reports, Underwood was crossing the street at the intersection of Pitkin Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard around 6:50 AM when she was struck by a gray sedan. The vehicle then became lodged underneath her, dragging her for more than two blocks. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
Underwood was a regular performer on Nickelodeon’s All That, a live-action sketch comedy series that aired from 1994 to 2020. She appeared in seven episodes during the 2004-2005 seasons. Additionally, Underwood lent her voice to Fuchsia Glover in Little Bill, an animated children’s program that ran from 1999 to 2004. Her film credits include a role as Tanessha Labelle in the comedy feature The 24 Hour Woman (1999) alongside Rosie Perez and Marianne Jean-Baptiste, as well as participation in the 2001 Rankin/Bass holiday special Santa, Baby!
