Netflix Expands Cast for Upcoming Drama Series "Kennedy"
Netflix is finalizing the cast for Kennedy, an anticipated drama series that delves into the complexities of the Kennedy family, including their personal triumphs and tragedies. Joining the show in recurring roles are actors Patrick Fischler, Caitlin Fitzgerald, Denis O’Hare, and Eddie Marsan, among others, bringing the total number of new cast members to thirteen.
Based on Fredrik Logevall’s book, JFK: Coming of Age in the American Century, 1917-1956, Kennedy is produced by Chernin Entertainment. The series features a star-studded lineup led by Michael Fassbender as Joe Kennedy, Sr., Laura Donnelly as Rose Kennedy, Nick Robinson as Joe Kennedy Jr., and Joshuah Melnick as Jack Kennedy. The recurring cast also includes Ben Miles as Eddie Moore, Lydia Peckham as Rosemary Kennedy, Saura Lightfoot-Leon as Kick Kennedy, Cole Doman as Lem Billings, and Imogen Poots as Gloria Swanson.
Showrunner Sam Shaw and director Thomas Vinterberg set the series in the 1930s, with the first season comprising eight episodes. The narrative chronicles the extraordinary rise of Joe and Rose Kennedy and their nine children, spotlighting Jack, the rebellious second son grappling with the legacy of his older brother.
Production is currently underway in London.

Georgina Bitmead (The Assassin, Sex Education) as Eunice Kennedy, the fifth child of Joe and Rose Kennedy.
Miley Locke (Amandaland, There She Goes) as younger Kick Kennedy, the fourth child of Joe and Rose Kennedy.
Tipper Seifert-Cleveland (Crookhaven, Cruella) as younger Rosemary Kennedy, the third child of Joe and Rose Kennedy.
Hera Hilmar (See, Reykjavik Fusion) as Inga Arvad, a Danish journalist and close associate of Jack Kennedy during the early 1940s.
Wyatt Russell (Monarch, Thunderbolts) as Charles Lindbergh, the famed aviator known for his solo nonstop transatlantic flight in 1927.

Caitlin Fitzgerald (Succession, Station Eleven) as Clare Boothe Luce, a notable writer and socialite in the Kennedy circle during the late 1930s who later served in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Louis Landau (Rivals, Butterfly) as Billy Cavendish, a member of the British aristocracy.
Robin Soans (Victoria & Abdul, The Queen) as Neville Chamberlain, the British Prime Minister from 1937 to 1940.
Denis O’Hare (The Boroughs, American Horror Story) as Raymond Furness, a U.S. State Department official in the late 1930s.
Albert Welling (Succession, Mr. Bates Vs The Postman) as Winston Churchill, the British Prime Minister during critical wartime periods.
Toby Huss (Weapons, Halt & Catch Fire) as Franklin D. Roosevelt, the 32nd President of the United States.
Eddie Marsan (No Ordinary Heist, Ray Donovan) as J. Edgar Hoover, the first Director of the FBI.
The series promises a deep exploration of a pivotal American family and their societal impact, with a team of notable producers, including Sam Shaw, Peter Chernin, and Jenno Topping, among others.
