Middleton, who is stepping into 2026 with renewed energy, has had a "huge impact" on the realm of early childhood development, as noted by several scholars in the field. Her recent appearance at the Future Workforce Summit, held in November 2025, highlighted her commitment to ensuring that future generations thrive in the workforce.
