Kate Hudson’s Chic Braless Look in a Silk Ralph Lauren Dress at the 2025 Gotham Awards
Kate Hudson turned heads at the 2025 Gotham Awards held at Cipriani Wall Street on December 1. The 46-year-old actress dazzled in a silky white Ralph Lauren gown featuring a dramatic high neckline tied in a bow, an open back, a shift skirt, and a subtle train.
Hudson styled her look with elegant beaded earrings that reached her shoulders, diamond studs in her other piercings, and a nude manicure. Her makeup showcased a flawless dewy finish, accented by filled-in eyebrows, long lashes, bronzed cheeks, and pink glossy lips. Complementing her glam, her blonde hair was styled in a voluminous blowout with curled ends.
On the red carpet, Hudson posed arm-in-arm with her Song Sung Blue co-star Hugh Jackman, who looked sharp in a black blazer and matching trousers, paired with a white dress shirt and black tie.
The official plot of Song Sung Blue describes the film as following “two down-on-their-luck performers [who] form a Neil Diamond tribute band, proving it’s never too late to find love and follow your dreams.” Hudson stars as Claire Sardina, while Jackman plays Mike Darfina. The film is set to premiere in theaters on December 25.
This is not Hudson’s first time flaunting her figure in bold fashion choices. The actress previously turned heads in November at the film’s Berlin premiere, wearing a striking bright blue dress featuring long sleeves, a sheer design, and a flowing skirt that highlighted her silhouette. Underneath, she showcased a black bralette and loosely-fitted shorts.

At the Berlin event, Hudson embraced a graceful look with silver dangling earrings and a matching ring. Her makeup was soft, featuring nude lips and a subtle eyeshadow, while her hair was styled in an elegant updo with a center part.
This month in Paris, Hudson made waves once again at the Song Sung Blue screening, wearing a low-cut satin Dolce & Gabbana midi dress that revealed a sweetheart bra. She took to Instagram to share her look as she prepared for the event, posing in front of a mirror in her elegant outfit.
Previously, Hudson showcased her lingerie while preparing for Paris Fashion Week in October, where she appeared radiant in a lavender bralette paired with gray sweatpants.
